I’ve been in Bogotá for 1,5 years now and discovered a lot of eateries in the city over this time, from corrientazos to tasting menu fine dining. El Guapo is by far not only one of my favourite places in Bogotá, but possibly one of the best junk/comfort food restaurants I know in the world. I’ve now tried almost all of their sandwiches and every single time I thought I was trying the best one on the menu, only to be surprised by the next one. The birria and kimchi sandwiches are full of so many different flavours, while Banh Mi is an exepctionslly well balanced and fresh bun, and possibly the best Banh Mi you will get in Bogotá. And please get a dona if you can - they are all just as fantastic

A must visit in Bogota!! We came here two days in a row, our favourite restaurant in the city. Amazing food, really cool fusion flavours. We ordered the Tortaco de Cochinita, Kimchilicious sandwiches, and the Alitas de Puerco with Mazorcas Asadas. All incredible.

Best food in Bogota! If you are looking for some Korean options, this is a must. I tried the kimchilicious and it was amaaazing. Mandu is also tasty, and the Indian empanaditas are delicious.
